From West End to Freerange
Most actors would be delighted to have the CV of Linzi Matthews. With West End roles in shows ranging from Dr Seuss and Anyone can Whistle to Beauty and the Beast and Blood Brothers she has played in the Savoy theatre, the Old Vic and the Phoenix to name but a few. If you have seen Bill Kenwright's touring Blood Brothers production you may well have seen her playing Linda, a role she has played for the last three years. Linzi has now gone Freerange and is currently rehearsing for our UK Premiere tour of 'The Cutting'. More
The Cutting
Our last touring production was a multi-award winning success. Mamet’s Oleanna at the Buxton Fringe Festival 2006 won Best Production and Nominations for Best Actor for both cast members, Lucy Gradwell and Hugo Chandor, with Hugo winning the award. Following on from this success we have chosen another two-hander, equally tense, memorable and thought provoking.
The Cutting by Maureen O'Brien is a UK Premiere tour and will be directed by Peter Wright. The cast will include Hugo Chandor and Isabelle Defaut. Follow the link for show details and the tour schedule. (updated weekly). More
